Take it day by day – be aware of your thoughts, and if you become aroused – what was the thought, the trigger to bring you to that point. Disappointing and to be honest quite a baffling book. It all makes so much sense!!! This book might be helpful to people who are new to the ideas of energy and harnessing energy, however there is nothing practical in this book and the three yoga postures that are suggested for this I would not recommend a beginner attempting by themselves unless they are with someone experienced or hqich yoga instructor.

I’ve read a lot of yoga philosophy and I found this book very random and a waste of my time.
